Good area to short.....Unless something has drastically changed at INGR, and from what I understand it hasn't, I think you can expect another big loser of a quarter. I'm short 500 here.

Is anyone following this INGR v. INTC court battle. If so, can you give us a synopsis. I read the press release on the INGR site and it says a lot about the case, but doesn't do too much to enlighten us. Any ideas?
