Check your data Patron. Historically electricity demand rises 1.5%-2% annually. It may slow down to 1% growth during a recession and then have 2.5% during the recovery/top of the next cycle. Demand NEVER drops and demand growth rarely goes to zero.

Now maybe with a gazillion new homes sitting empty there might be a drop off. There is always a first.
