LL, thanks. when you feel incredible, though, it isn't really that big a deal - i *jones* for the gym and miss days off. i'm excited about besting my 400m time and, possibly, breaking 60 seconds - and that's very new since any kind of cardio historically beat the living snot out of me.

i have the "advantage" of a short leash, though. if i don't eat right, my nerve flairs up and it hurts during exercise. if i don't exercise going forward, it just gets uglier than waking up with lots of shoulder of pain.

i'm not sure if the weights felt heavy due to the malaise i was in the past few weeks or if they are actually feeling heavier. in any case, getting up 160 lbs (basically, my weight) 8 times in 3 weeks may be my biggest challenge yet.
