Don't forget that this does not help a single consumer in NY City where they have banned Walmart to protect their citizens from paying low prices.

I don't live near a Walmart. Too urban.

Fortunately, the boondocks, where Walmarts are often located, have fewer other options. High density locations have clinics, even free clinics. So the need for the store clinics is greater in lower density areas. I suppose that the Walmart model could be adopted by groceries and drug stores but, given the cost of business space, they would be unlikely to appear in NYC.
