These kinds of things are clearly overreaches. Congress, because it granted anti-trust exemptions to these sports, feels it is entitled to patrol the operations of the leagues.

Not in the constitution, even remotely.

Biggest question I have is why they are investigating baseball at all for crying out loud.

We all know baseball is known as "The Nation's Passtime"

And we all know that Congress does the "Nation's Business"

The hearing is just Congress passing its time while doing the nation's business.
