Clearly. The only positive is the idiots are not doing something to destroy the economy or any of the other idiotic things they want to do while they waste time worrying about whether Roger Clemens took steroids or not. Unreal.

These kinds of things are clearly overreaches. Congress, because it granted anti-trust exemptions to these sports, feels it is entitled to patrol the operations of the leagues.

Fine. Let them revoke the antitrust exemption then. Don't get sidetracked with things that don't concern them.
