A 50 mile commute to a $35,000 a year job looked sensible to some people... In Toronto condo apartments are all that now.. Seems we may have a new trend... as folks tire of that commute.. we have some of, if not the worst gridlock in North America. I'm thinking my biggish, for the city, lot with modest home may come to rival and even surpass the McMansions in value.. My lot will hold a few townhomes :O)
