this new source of revenue stream for the government coffers will make a significant difference in 7 to 10 years henceforth.

I doubt it. Politicians are not good managers or developers, they are mouthpieces for social largess.

More money to the government and the demands for government services will inevitably expand to run toward deficit. Brazil has shown no ability in the past to beat the expectation of more of the same, same old stuff. They had rubber boom, cattle boom, mineral boom etc etc.....in each boom the governments largess had the final say, and that brings us to today where faced with a new resource boom, the planners are busy deciding who will become the next bought and paid for.
