Brezinsky: Talks with President al-Assad were Productive and Positive

Damascus, (SANA) – Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the US RAND Corporation Zbignew Brezinsky described on Wednesday his talks with President Bashar al-Assad and Vice President Farouk al-Shara as very productive and positive.

In a press statement, Brezinsky said that talks dealt with recent regional developments, affirming that both sides have a common desire to achieve stability in the region, which would benefit both its people and the United States.

For his part, RAND CEO James Thomson said that the Corporation provides research for developing services in health, education, transport and infrastructure, and that this research has been focusing recently on the Palestine people and their future when a Palestinian state is established.

RAND Corporation is an independent non-profit organization established in 1948, specializing in research and studies for developing services in countries. The name is derived from the words "research" and "development."

Now half the country thinks the answer is singing Kumbaya with jihadis who want to kill us.
Who is "us". Can you be a bit clearer? Are you talking about about Israel or America? Are you spreading fear again? Don't you think that if the Zionist negotiated with Hitler, 6 million Jews would be alive today? Oops I forgot, Israel would have existed today. Nadine you are an opportunistic heartless person.

"If anybody could possibly split Syria from Iran, it would be somebody with sticks as well as carrots to offer - it would be somebody who is currently in office."

Such a notion, currently being promoted as foreign policy is the very reason why the relationship between Syria and Iran is being strengthened, and why the crescent of power from Iran to Lebanon is becoming a reality. You are telling them that if they could be split they would individually be weakened to their mutual destruction. Its a destructive agenda that you believe benefits Israel. You don't see any thing odd about that perspective because as usual you are clueless and unconcerned about the perspectives and well being of others, other than Israel.
