I also understand Systema (Russian CDMA operator) has acquired licenses in India and has plans to roll out a nationwide CDMA network. That would be a total of 4 cdma networks / operators in India (Reliance, tata, BSNL and Systema). Not bad for a technology that the GSMA would have you believe is dying.
