Jim's been bugging me about me taking advantage of my homeowner's tax exemption at sale for years now. I keep telling him it's there for him and any American that owns a home for two years and wants to take advantage, but it seems to fall on deaf ears.

Yep John, you pay $2k a year for the same services that your new neighbor pays $6k for. And you have the hubris to bust Ten expecting something for his taxes.
