pezz, you should try buying gold shares, silver claims, natural gas reserves, oil pools, platinum nuggets, coal lumps, uranium disks, and such instead

of pissing against the wind and up hill, while the forest fire is raging behind and moving towards you

else, stand aside and go to cash

or, keeping it simple

buygold

Hello Pezz, Today's Report:
(a) the real estate club under my stewardship voted to enhance our collective capital / fund-up, and I have preliminarily contracted to acquire 2 ocean-view fixer-upper apartments in the Stanley Market maps.google.com area in anticipation of continuing gentrification in my near-neighborhood, given that the boardwalk is complete and restaurants are thriving and whatnot - besides, only so few ocean view fixer-uppers to go around, and at least for now, only one with control and ownership of rooftop with drop-dead gorgeous view for beer drinking

(b) do not forget, according to Martin Armstrong Message 24304099 ten + years ago, 2008.225 or Mar 22 is the big directional change day (interim low+/-), therafter rally into 2009.3 and then big decline into 2011.45. These dates are directional changes, not necessarily absolute lows/highs.

hello pezz, report:

(i) i bought something that i simply did not get around to due to busy schedule, and i did so via my geewhizbangohwhoawee sony vgn-ux38gn palmtop engaged with wifi while watching dvd where miss jane marple investigated a possible crime as nemesis, all the while i was in pj and reclined in bed - productivity is wonderful

yes, energyplay had alerted me some time ago, and i had owned the share and shorted its put option in the early days, but, alas, there it is, ignored, even as i enjoyed the revaluation of my not insubstantial physical platinum hoard accumulated between 1987 and 2001, and watched my beloved impala platinum go dark

given that i had long held platinum above ground and below ground, i figured i must re-engage with palladium, the next best thing en.wikipedia.org

i bought 1/10 of a possibly mind bendingly enormous position of North American Palladium finance.yahoo.com at 8.76

yes, it has already doubled from the low

question: how many people besides those on slider's thread bought at the low

answer: cannot be that many

but also yes, billions of dollars of of auto production facilities, optical glass making plants, etc en.wikipedia.org will go idle and unable to pay back their debt should they fail to secure enough still very inexpensive (relative to degree of direness) platinum

i will add on pull back, should there be any such kind chance, and add a lot should there be sign of fund machinations in this very small market

i suppose i am thus either contributing to the death of the auto industry or adding to the cost of cb ilaine's transport cost - but hey, i am acting also to protect the environment

(ii) stance towards general stock market is as before, not inclined to do much of anything except waiting worldmarket.blogspot.com on current positions, and

(iii) planning the renovation of Message 24334746 so that more folks can enjoy ocean view living in good neighborhoods close to lovely restaurants, so that looking out the window while brushing teeth in the morning during the coming recession / depression is more tolerable than, say, while staring at someone else's kitchen, each and every morning.

chugs, tj

p.s. so, all in all, being altruistic, environmentally responsible, and helping out neighborhoods, while trying to win the unreal tournament last man standing death match

(2) partially off-loaded position of cotton etf.stock-encyclopedia.com at 2.86, netting a less than healthy but fair gain of 13% over a few weeks

(3) Shorted a few dollops of North American Palladium Sept Put 10s at 2.5 and 2.4 just to keep the lucre lust flowing
