wso2...Go to smallcap engine where you got the info. On the bottom right hand side of the page, click on "All Insiders Activity for ACII". That will bring you to a page explaining each transaction by date, who the insider was, the amount of shares, whether it was an acquisition or proposed sale, and the value. Most were from last year, with the exception being the most recent 3 preferred shares acquired. Hope this helps. back to my nap, Shane
