I think we should focus on what is best going forward. Two wrongs dont make a right.

I read the article saying TVA could not make a profit. I dont see anything saying they are providing energy below cost.

Actually perhaps the government should be the owner of nuclear plants and take the risk. I think this is how it works in France but I am not certain.
