What you are suggesting is that we need to continue the politics of personal destruction similar to what the NYT did with McCain. Now you suggest that the press to go after the Obama story. Michael, I am sure you did not fail to notice the reaction and the mood of the American people to negative attacks. To better understand it, take your lesson from South Carolina. Look at the margin of Hillary's defeat at SC. Even Bill who was fondly called the "first Black President" was kicked on the ass by the very people who he thought loved him and that he could get away with anything with them. You should be asking yourself if it makes you feel "really proud" to go back to the politics of the past.

Mr. Sinclair has agreed to undergo rigorous lie detector testing with the nations foremost lie detector analysis experts, in an effort to back up his claim. Those results are due to be published any day. Then why not wait until those results were in......see if a poligraph supports this guy. Why would Obama risk running for president and have this stuff come out? It doesn't fit.

the dude who did the lie detector tests on Mr. Sinclair is one of the foremost experts in the country (he's the past president of the American Polygraph Association)...and Mr. Sinclair clearly exhibited signs of deception... whitehouse.com whitehouse.com Sinclair seems to me to be a certifiable nutcase...maybe he's a racist who will do anything and say anything to try to smear Barack Obama...Sinclair's background doesn't give you much to convince you that he's a credible guy...
