Not out of the question given that there's not much other research to support it, and that Resnick did pay for the research.

Yeah, that's not surprising. We've known that cranberries have been good for the urinary tract for a while, and pomegranate seeds seem to share some characteristics with them. But, is there any reason one should pay five bucks for a small bottle of POM when you can buy like a gallon of cranberry juice for not much more than that?

Once again, I'm not questioning that pomegranate juice is good for you -- it's a fruit juice, and most (all?) fruit is good for you... I'm questioning its "magical" properties...
