Why would i want to divide a common infrastructure used by all,, when they choose,, and paid for by most?? Why would i want to divide up policing, animal welfare, ,healthcare in Canada, you know the list..paid for by common people for common self interest when they need it "The commons" pays for these "the commons." America's "the commons" does not yet want to pay for "the commons of health care"...your choice but the non paying weasels who want the free ride are gaining in number. <<We taxpayers all share the cost of wars, but the battlefields are not the commons. We don't all go to the battlefield and fight.>> If that changed for rich and poor families there would be less battlefields,fewer weasels,less health care for sale to foreigners with money (Canada included), and more health care for "the commons" <<Who pays doesn't count>> I have to say LOL ..lets go out for supper i'm broke.Lets do it weekly.<gg>
