but those sins are human sins not ones derived from political views. Indeed. They manifest differently depending on political persuasion. I think that was his point, not that the foibles are driven by the politics. It's equally loony go go running around like Chicken Little yelling "the oceans are rising" or "the Muslims are coming." I think it's important to recognize the shortfall on both sides. I thought Bob's categories were at the very least a good first cut. I'm looking forward to his mirror examples. If you have a different set of categories, I'd like to see those, too.
