I have to hope that sort of thing sickens people on the right (although perhaps not the far right) as much as it sickens people on the left, or in the center. Most people, I think, don't go around insulting other people's mothers.

Interesting reaction. I found the article illuminating and very good. I think, based on my reading of Obama's first book, it painted a pretty accurate picture of both of them, as well as his grandparents. And, personally, I like his mother more, after reading this article. Why do you think it's biased?
