My point is that way back there you made a point about supply and demand with regards to Pacific Palasades, which I agree with.

Well, there are millions of picturesque locales in the country or for that matter, the world. A 10K sq ft home in Pacific Palasades does not have to compete with St George, due to the old location location RE byline. But St George has to compete with every picturesque location in the world, thats my only point.

Seems to me you are oversensitive about this topic.

You can't find a place like that in Bodega Bay. Or many places on the CA coast for that matter. And if you could, it would be $25M.
