I concede that voters will not favor total legalization.

On the flip side, to spend federal dollars to target the sick people of CA is an example of a rouge government.

I still think McCaine could win by supporting sick and dying Americans.

At this time the medical marijuana community views Obama as being the person most likely to end federal persecution of sick people.

Although most view his stand as being slippery or flip-floppy. Many still hope.

Shillary is clearly viewed as against mmj with very small comments hinting otherwise. Most likely just an attempt to con another set of votes.

McCaine is viewed as being strongly anti mmj. He could still chose to stand with these people while stating a strong anti drug message at the same time.

This could still put him in the lead.

I've received several automated phone calls and e-mails that have asked me what issue is most important to me.

Not one of them listed medical marijuana as one of the choices.
