When I was in passing by Germany I always encountered Brazilians who came from the Siemens subsidiary. They would marvel at the order and organization.

Non-sense like flying helicopters to see who was speeding etc.

What they failed to understand was that the apparatus is extremely expensive. Only if the country's economy would be very well the state could pay for those costs.

Obviously I was with an eye on return to natural size and the change on the set of circumstances.

It would come a time, that that apparatus would no longer be afforded. The knife would need to be wielded.

Arnold is already showing el machete because the most affluent of the states in the US can no longer keep people inside the public walls.

The good thing is that we are going up towards lower walls with the economy booming.

Mr. Buffett also had harsh words for state and local governments. “Public pension promises are huge and, in many cases, funding is woefully inadequate. Because the fuse on this time bomb is long, politicians flinch from inflicting tax pain, given that problems will only become apparent long after these officials have departed. Promises involving very early retirement — sometimes to those in their low 40s — and generous cost-of-living adjustments are easy for these officials to make. In a world where people are living longer and inflation is certain, those promises will be anything but easy to keep.”

I want to see what the solution will be:

Higher taxes
