I think it is more like - there is nothing we can do about global warming. As I said - the demographics of the world make it so. If it is man made - it is going to happen. I believe China has now passed the US in CO2 emissions. India and China are growing economic powers. There are billions of those guys and 300 million of us. Last I heard they have no restrictions in the Kyoto stuff.

Does anyone think changing America at some huge cost is going to make a difference?

When the alarmists stand up for nuclear power I might think they want something other than an issue.
