I punted on the quiz because a lot of the questions contain logical fallicies.

Good points. I decided to just have fun and find the one closest to my preference. That generally works ok--no questionnaire can hit everyone precisely. I just found this missed some obvious points--such as the Roe v Wade decision in abortion cases.

On the school prayer, I picked the first one because exceptions lead to fudges and kids from minority groups/religions suffer.

I think when pushed we all go in ways that are significant. I think if you try to answer the question, you come up with a decision that is meaningful, even if it doesn't represent exactly the position you would like. It's kind of "what would you compromise on" for the answer- and that's meaningful. imo

Such quizzes often have cases where there is no good answer to a particular question for many people. But I did finish this one.

None of those choices reflects the current state of the law, why not have a choice that reflects the current law?

None of them exactly reflects the current law but " By law, a woman should always been able to obtain an abortion as a matter of personal choice." isn't all that far from the current law.
