just put in the order to buy finance.yahoo.com , as a wager against the empire, and to short finance.yahoo.com mexico, figuring it might suffer a fate perhaps even worse that that which awaits the empire

the trade will be net net cash neutral

thinking about buying more silver, gold, and gold ultra short, and china ultra short, by and by, depending on which one makes itself a convenient target of opportunity

>>Tell the Scandinavians to top investing hard in education. It is a waste of money, ilmarinem. There’s no return on that investment anymore. You can get a bus load of less educated and put them to hammer keyboards and they produce the same amount of return to the capital. They don’t need ergometric tables, they don’t need to heat the place, they don’t need to pay the amount of taxes. Thus they can beat the Scandinavians.
Go seek the shirtless land with something saleable and cooperate. Get your capital and invest in oranges is a good idea. That capital invested in the oranges will never ever will return to Finland.

I don't know about this one, Elmat. We just bought some pretty high end plumbing stuff for the kitchen... some from Switzerland, some from Germany. Not available from any where else. I rather think education helps in quality. And quality is what Switzerland and Germany sell.
