Nah, that's way too far <g> The dollar is getting killed today,
along with stocks, but the treasuries are getting a bid again,
not so surprisingly. A few peggers out there still. We have
not seen nothing yet. We'll see something really nasty when
the peggers quit. Gulp!

Unless real interest rates go up a lot, I don't see any reasons why east european RE should drop so much. For instance, a brand new apartment in the center of Kyiv is very affordable (except for locals), and the country has a huge future potential (another way of saying that very little currently works).
