Sounds like the voice of experience speaking. <G>. Kind of like when I was in college and spent most of my time on disciplinary probation and was nearly expelled twice--and was also nearly elected to the campus discipline committee because of my experience with discipline problems.

Yes, this is a very free-wheeling and active thread, usually popping up with the most new posts in my Subject Marks.

To return to topic: Our local newspaper's top headline today was the mortgage foreclosure and housing market story. As if it were something new. What continues to amaze me is how very easy it was to see it all coming. Kind of like watching that guy driving a stolen SUV in Los Angeles a couple of days ago. You knew it had to end badly.
