Tim; Many lawsuits, and many regulations, don't do a lot to protect people. You can reasonably cut back on both, without significantly reducing legitimate protection of people. Well sure, but you can also make the argument that a lot more lawsuits and a lot more regulation could do a lot to protect people. So what is your point? The point I was arguing is that by one way or the other you absolutely have to have some way of protecting people. It seem to me to think otherwise is complete naivete. steve
