Yes but don't forget to add the beaches. FLorida has it's place in the big picture for folks looking to escape lousy winters or the rust belt but the economy is too unbalanced and the overdevelopment always goes to extremes. Probably the same stupidity as prior booms when speculators thought this was a tropical paradise and there would be someone behind them to pay coastal California or Hawaii prices.. Some areas going back to being affordable again along with much new infrastructure that is state of the art that I'm sure will attract a ton of new people to those places in coming years..
