Neal, I heard that , too, and have been hoping CNN would go back to it because I only hear a snippet.

But even the most recent other polls on match-ups, show a trend I think. Hillary is now showing as able to beat McCain, for example.

Things are changing that bode well for either Dem candidate, barring mistakes, of course.

I'm starting to hear the sound of my wealthiest friends' heads snapping out of the sand.

An old friend confided to me last week how much she and her husband are being hurt with their RE holdings. She said they have a $4200/month shortfall from unrented units. By shortfall I mean their rent roll is $4200 a month less than their mortgage payments on these properties and much of their units were built 10-15 years ago. In short, we have a hugely overbuilt rental market here, especially at the high end where they are.

They've been dropping rents for three months now with no takers.

And, of course, everyone is grumbling about the stock market.
