Isn't that something the local police usually do? Excuse me, CJ, but morality is one of the most important functions of gov't. Everyone knows that in addition to being violent, terrorists typically are immoral since they are rarely good Christians. So of course his phones were being tapped.......btw isn't Spitzer a Jew?
