CJ, > Why were the feds involved in a prostitution case?

Transporting women across state lines and across the border. There seems to be a difference in degree between local prostitution rings and the international sex trade.

"Mr. Spitzer was caught on a federal wiretap discussing payments"

Hmm. I wonder. Was the wiretap done by the NSA?

Why were the feds involved in a prostitution case? Isn't that something the local police usually do?

Excuse me, CJ, but morality is one of the most important functions of gov't. Everyone knows that in addition to being violent, terrorists typically are immoral since they are rarely good Christians. So of course his phones were being tapped.......btw isn't Spitzer a Jew?
