If Spitzer faces an actual criminal penalty does that help the kids any? If he doesn't, then why should anyone? He's the governors, the guy constitutionally charged with seeing that the laws "be faithfully executed". If he gets a pass with a law is inconvenient for him, why should I, how have no such duty, be held to any law?
