Beats me. You have to remember, the public is very stupid. They are easily tricked into thinking prosperity is just around the corner. They are easily manipulated by the media. Hell....they don't even know anything about the dollar. What do they know? They are sleepwalking.

They know nothing about peak oil, dollar, demographics, etc.. They can't think for themselves, they rely on the media. ;-)
