I referred to "net" but your point makes the discount looks deeper.
On the other hand, news flow in the near term could be further negative (the 2nd i.v. Phase III POI trial is likely to fail as it is very similar to the 1st only with fewer international sites, and the FDA might issue an approvable letter requesting additional clinical work on the s.c. formulation in AMI in Apr.).

I have:

$183.6MM as of 9/30, reduced for 5+ months expenses ($25MM?)

29.6MM shares as of 9/30, increased by grants since then

So - 160/30 = 5.33/sh estimated

Still under cash for now.
