Mechanical specifications are not imorphic by nature. If they were they wouldn't be mechanical specifications. If the term "typical" is used it means there may be some variation, but in the absence of a +/- value it is safe to conclude the variation is of no significance. This is not a difficult concept to grasp. A little effort on your part would go a long way.
