He said he was not present when those particular clips on youtube were taped..But he did not lawyer the fact that Wright preached Black liberation theology..look it up..

Hi Robert, you make good points, in that the way you present it is exactly how the media will present it and how the public will perceive it. However, let me tell you about my own experiences. I am a Catholic and went to Catholic schools all my life. One priest in particular was my Form Master for 8 years and I got to be very close to him. He married my wife and I and we stayed in correspondence for decades until he died of Parkinson's. Now, I went to church where he presided for many years, but in the final decades of my correspondence with him, we mostly exchanged pleasantries. Now this priest happens to have been an angel and I'm sure he's in Heaven now. But what if I was running for President and this priest got caught in some scandal? Wouldn't everyone automatically impute his sins to me? Absolutely. And it would be horribly unfortunate for me, because I would be blameless. Look. There is no truth to the implication that somehow Obama is as radical as Pastor Wright. But that is how it is being portrayed and that is what most Americans will believe. How very unfortunate. We're watching the destruction of one of the few people who has the personal integrity and charisma to help America be great again in the eyes of the world. America is going down the toilet and we all seem to be so happily riding the vortex down the tubes. It boggles my mind.

I would be curious to know how you view the situation where one of Osama's son, after being mentored by his father and his father's terrorist circle of friends, broke away from the political thoughts of his father but at the same time says that he has and will continue to have respect for his father as a son. There is a set of advice that a father gives to his son and another set of advice that the same person gives to his circle po political friends. Comparing Jeremiah's political views to the personal trait of Dean's screech is like comparing apples to oranges.
