I have studied America's history very carefully and there is no question that this country has done some good things. However, there is no question that America also has done some bad things particularly since WW II; to whit, there is very little good that America has done in Iraq. Those of you who assume that this country is all about being good are doing this country a huge disservice. America is just as capable of doing the wrong thing when that thing is in its best interest. Supporting Hussein in the 1980s is very typical of that behavior. ===> "America HAS done much evil in the world. A Christian God WOULD damn the evil America has done." <=== If it weren't for America's strong stand for freedom and democracy, almost all, if not all, of this world would be ruled by corrupt, violent, Imperialistic tyrants. America's best went to Europe twice, through two world wars, and paid a high price in both lives and limbs, to keep Europe free. After WWII, America not only forgave Germany and Italy, America helped to rebuild Europe and Japan. Even today, America is standing strong against the IslamoFascists, who want to destroy freedom and democracy, just as they have destroyed freedom and democracy throughout the Muslim world. You just take at least a little time to study the history of the US, and the world, prior to falsely condemning America.
