Yes, Warren Buffett's answer is taken from a Jim Cramer interview on CNBC.

And another factor in grain prices is the reduction in grain exports from Australia due to this year's drought there. But droughts are not permanant.

This is yet another reason why people who believe that the increase in grain prices are permanant and unavoidable (due to the early days of a mysterious inflation as one has suggested) are simply mistaken.
