Thank you for the reference. As far as the closing, yet... I agree there is a lot of potential there. I remain concerned, which would keep any bet by me small if placed, that the tenants listed don't have one tenant type I noticed in abundance on the referenced list. The referenced list had quite a lot of the retail and eats fad names (along with some others like HD and Macy's, noted later). I expect the fad names who really make their cash based on high margin to lose the most luster in this recession. The thing that gives me hope there when looking at their tenant list is the referenced tenant list did include some non-fad names.
