Sad that Sumitomo has done more for raising Acls's price than management has.

How bout management quit iussuing options until the stock price performs versus the old me first stuff.

I'd like to know why Mary Puma thinks she shouldn't give up her job to new management as under her lead - they've missed the ball consistently.

True, but they still must convince shareholders the offer is fair. A fairness opinion from an a couple unbiased sources is at least something to look at. Maybe the paper works is in the mail.
