Uppercut I've found a second tee, set about a foot and a half behind the hitting tee and 2 inches inside of the hitting tee, at the same height..........gives the kid instant feedback on whether or not the swing was an uppercut. (No ball on the second tee. Kinda like a fence drill, but its softer on bats/hand/etc.) And I agree 110% about the pitching from a knee. Although its going to be a little rough to get it up in the 40 mph's for most people on a knee. What distance?
