Goldman Sachs Cuts Targets on Google, EBay, Others on Market Conditions

NEW YORK (AP) -- Goldman Sachs slashed price targets on some of the biggest names in Internet commerce Thursday -- including Google Inc. -- citing market conditions and a drop in investor confidence.

Analyst Jennifer Watson cut Google's target to $600 from $700, eBay Inc.'s target to $33 from $38, Amazon.com Inc.'s target to $72 from $83 and Expedia Inc.'s target to $26 from $29.

Watson kept her ratings and earnings estimates on the companies, and said Google and eBay remain some of her "favorite stocks."
