Frankly, I think they should be protected. I don't want to wake up some morning and find out my relative was sent into Kenya to fight against some radical group that might have kidnapped one of our leader's relatives.

Everything that can be used will be used by the GOP to keep him from being elected. That's the nature of the national election.

Exactly how much security is provided for family members is something I need to research.

It's hard for me to believe that we wouldn't feel obligated to protect our President's brothers and sisters when they were residing in foreign countries. Especially if they were someplace that was unstable.

I don't recall any modern President's that had close family living in other countries.
