I am dead serious. split up into 100 companies, charge each one 1%, send each company off wiht a war chest of $200M for legal fees and see how FRANDLY that one is. and then each patent you come up with from now on, split it out and start another company. I am sure the 1% revenue would more than suport each and every company from now on.

This meets all of Nokia's arguemtn head on, keeps FRAND (as defined by BRCM), and also meets the needs of Qualcomm.

Now you can split by 1,2,4,8, xxx and make the same argument.

How about charging for Q's patents what Nokia charges for their GSM IP? Is Nokia's price FRANDLY?
