The ship came under attack shortly after Paul took the helm. You can be assured that the Nokia coordinated assault was timed to coincide with that transition, to effectuate maximum harm. From that time, without let up, Qualcomm stock has been capped, due to litigation and licensing uncertainties, despite solid financial and engineering execution. That is not Paul's fault, and to blame him is unfair and simplistic.
