I don't recall what Cheney said...I am posting my own opinion based upon what I hear from folks who are actually in Iraq....There is no doubt that Al Q. has been fomenting trouble between Sunni and Shia and that removing them as an effective force from the equation will improve the situation... There is no way to promise that every homicide bomber or roadisde bomb will be caught. Those willing to trade their own lives for the lives of others are nearly impossible to defend against. J.
