After 2010, all licencees fall back into the same boat. Isn't it disingenuous of Nokia to negotiate a "perpetual" agreement based upon a one or two year reality? The real issue needing negotiation is 4G and that discussion seems to be nothing but non existent. tick, tick, tick ...
