What was Gore doing in the '90's? It wasn't getting Kyoto passed by the Senate. The Clinton administration didn't have the guts to even send the Kyoto treaty to the Senate, but the Senate voted 95-0 NOT to implement it anyway.

Guess Gore wasn't so concerned back in those days.

To your issue, some periods temperature goes up, some periods it goes down. Yet in which periods has CO2 gone down? None in the past couple centuries.
