about heparin, american company baxter screwed up, taking in stuff per their spec, and which they must have irresponsibly inspected and stupidly paid for (else they were negligent, the choice is up to them), and carelessly chose to use the ingredients as they would, until someone died

case clear cut and closed

the rest is simply whining and blaming others for own shortcomings and goings
