You're beginning to sound like elmatador promoting Brazil like a Johnny One Note.

Every nation has their embarrassments, and Tibet is one of China's.

<<the dalai lama's handlers are probably bit more sophisticated than those working for a mayor's office>>

True now, but were they back when??Could J be set up by close associate to shake hands with mafia guy?

<<and it is the pattern of behavior we must note, not single frames>>

True, lama has written many insightful
books,"An Open Heart" being one, sample first 50 pages for some interesting takes.
The giggler attracts throngs, could all be wrong?

<<- dalai lama worked to kill, with cia financial and operational help>>

Press charges.

<<- tibetan theocracy defines dalai lama>>

Catholic theocracy defines the pope.History of theocracies define their leaders.

<<- the theocracy is a cult and was put in place to rule>>

Same as all major religions seeking to rule the peons.

<<- the rule was kept in order by terror>>

Look at the history of all major religions.

The conclusion is.. stay away from all religion,if decide not to,"say nothing to nobody" but family, go quietly and do not ring the bells.

Actually, there are some interesting details. < the maoris sold this and welcomed that, by treaty >

Not all Maoris signed up. They were individual countries. For example, I think the Tuhoe tribe didn't sign. But being a detail, they were bundled along in history and indeed, they could easily be bypassed by the other countries/New Zealand.

However, common law still rules though the Labour Government abrogated the Privy Council rule of law in NZ, inventing some legal system to be run by local yokels.

It would be quite fun for Tuhoe to be declared a sovereign country under British Common Law, meaning New Zealand common law, and that their rights to sovereignty were indeed illegally usurped by conquest and bureaucratic presumptuous edict.

I'm not a lawyer and perhaps the issue could be resolved by a declaration of war, conquest [no trouble to achieve that] and inclusion within New Zealand. Except for various United Nations laws which would make NZ conquering Tuhoe far less acceptable than Israel buying Palestine and being created by the United Nations.

I suspect Tuhoe independence would be as unappealing as Quebec independence, or Newfoundland independence. Cash flow problems, travel restrictions, dole payments and other difficulties would become major.
